ELO Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
ELO is a game for mobile devices and web browsers. This policy explains what data the game uses and why.
What the game stores, and where
- Your progress (coins, completed stages, purchased upgrades, sound and game settings) is stored on your own device. It is not sent to any server of ours — the game has no server.
- In the mobile app, if Android backup is turned on for the device, Android itself keeps a copy of the game’s data (your progress included) in your Google account, and it comes back when you reinstall the game or switch phones. That copy stays in your account: the developer has no access to it.
- The game does not ask for sign-up, name, e-mail or password, and has no accounts.
- The game does not use its own analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and all game files ship inside the game. In the web version, opening the game makes no requests to other websites. In the mobile app, the only outside service is Google’s ad service, described below.
Ads
In the mobile app, the game may offer one optional ad to return to a stage after falling. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To have an ad ready when you need it, the app connects to AdMob from the moment it opens — even if you never watch an ad. To deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud, AdMob receives device data — such as the IP address (which indicates approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information — always over an encrypted connection. Ads are not personalized: in every country and for every player, the game asks Google for ads chosen by context (the game itself and your approximate region), not by your history or your interests.
- How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before Google stores or reads data on your device for ads — the law there requires this even for non-personalized ads — and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.
- You can reset or disable your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Watching an ad is always optional.
Children
ELO is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. And, since no ad is personalized, the game does not request profile-based advertising for any player — neither children nor teenagers.
The website and support
The game’s website, savevaleria.com.br, uses no tracking cookies, analytics tools or ads. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.
If you write to the game’s contact address or through the website’s support form, the developer receives what you send (your e-mail address, your message and, if you choose, your name) and uses it only to reply. The form stores nothing on the website: the message arrives by e-mail.
Who is responsible
The developer of ELO, as identified on the game’s Google Play page, with contact details at the end of this page. The game has no server and the developer receives none of your data through the game: progress stays on your device, and ad data goes straight to Google, which is responsible for processing it. The developer only receives what you send when you write to support.
Legal basis and your rights
- Progress stored on the device is necessary for the game to work.
- Ads, which are not personalized, rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the game free; where the law requires consent to store or read data on the device (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), it is asked for first.
- Replying to support messages relies on the legitimate interest of answering whoever writes.
- You may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of data, and withdraw consent at any time (Settings → Ad privacy options, or the contact below). Since it is Google that keeps the ad data, requests about it are forwarded to Google.
How long, and how securely
- Progress stays on the device until you erase it (Settings → Erase progress) or uninstall the game.
- The game transmits no data of its own; ad traffic is encrypted by Google’s SDK, and retention of that data follows Google’s policy.
- Support messages stay in the game’s e-mail inbox while they are useful for the conversation, and are deleted if you ask.
How to delete your data
- In the game’s Settings, “Erase progress” erases the progress stored on the device.
- Uninstalling the game erases everything it stored on the device.
- If Android backup is on, the copy it kept in your Google account remains after you uninstall the game, and comes back if you reinstall; it follows Google’s backup rules. To start from scratch, use “Erase progress”.
- To delete your support messages, ask through the contact address.
- Data Google receives through ads follows Google’s policy (link above).
Changes to this policy
If the game starts using data in a different way, this page will be updated first, with the new date at the top.
